Cancellation Policy

We do understand that sometimes you are unable to keep your appointment. If you would like to reschedule or cancel your booking please provide at least 24 hours notice so that we may offer this time to another client. Should you not arrive for your appointment a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Gift vouchers are automatically void without notice. Unfortunately if you are late for your appointment the treatment time we have reserved for you will be reduced and the full treatment amount will still apply. For large group bookings we do ask for at least 7 days notice to if you wish to change or cancel your booking.
