We want all of our customers to be happy, therefore if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@souloceanspa.com.au or come directly see us at Ramada Resort, 923 David Low Way, Marcoola Beach, so we can work something out.
In the event that we will agree to a return, shipping will not be refunded.
Please note that if the items are not received in their original condition they will be automatically returned to the customer.
Australian Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping Australia wide for orders over $150. ( 2-5 Business days)
- Flat rate of $8 for all orders under $150 (2-5 Business days)
- Flat rate of $11 for express shipping. (1-3 Business days)
International Shipping
- We offer a flat rate of $20 for standard international shipping ( 7 – 21 business days)
- We offer Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $200
All orders placed before 3pm AEST are processed same day or the next business day. If you require a signature on delivery with your purchase please add this in a note on your order at time of checkout.
Soul Ocean Spa is not responsible for any customs/import duties & taxes on international orders. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Please email us straight away at info@soulocean.com.au for a faulty item we request that you also include photos of the fault.
